Small group training is designed to help athletes improve strength, explosiveness, movement quality, and overall athletic performance in a focused and competitive environment.

Sessions combine strength & conditioning, movement training, mobility work, and injury-reduction strategies — while still allowing for individualized coaching and athlete-specific adjustments.

Athletes benefit from the energy of group training while following a structured system built to maximize performance, development, and long-term progress.
