Using performance testing, movement analysis, and athlete profiling, I identify the strengths, weaknesses, and development needs of each athlete to create individualized strength & conditioning programs tailored to their sport and goals.

JUMP PERFORMANCE & ATHLETE PROFILING
Using CMJ and Single-Leg Jump Testing, athletes are assessed for explosive power, reactive strength, and lower-body asymmetries.
These assessments provide objective data on how each athlete produces force, utilizes elastic energy, and performs between limbs — helping identify physical limitations, imbalances, and development priorities that may impact athletic performance and injury risk.
Using this data, individualized strength & conditioning programs are designed to improve explosiveness, jumping ability, movement efficiency, and long-term athletic development through a data-driven approach.
